The Gaylord is a short 15–20-minute trip from the Denver Airport (DEN). Taxi or rideshare is recommended. The hotel does not offer a shuttle to the Airport but does have a shuttle service to the Pena light rail station which provides service to the Airport as well as into downtown Denver. The availability of the shuttle service should be confirmed with the Hotel.
Sunday (5/26) after 6:00pm is recommended. A list of local restaurants will be provided on this website soon. The Gaylord also has several restaurants on-site. Check their website for availability.
Denver is the Mile High City. A list of precautions that attendees can employ are:
As noted above, the Hotel is a short distance from Denver International Airport, so rental is not essential. In addition, the Hotel charges an on-site parking fee. A light rail line is nearby providing transportation into downtown Denver and the Airport. The hotel has a transportation center where Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) can easily pick you up and drop you off.
The Hotel has limited availability following the NAGM. Attendees should contact the hotel directly.
The Gaylord Rockies is a large property on several levels, and a large hotel/conference/convention facility. It is a long walk from the Hotel towers to the Third Floor Conference Level where the NAGM meetings and meals will take place. Attendees with mobility challenges should immediately contact email@example.com. For more information on the hotel layout, visit the hotel website or you can download the Gaylord app to your mobile device.
Attendees or guests wanting to participate in supporting the events should contact Kris Graff, firstname.lastname@example.org by April 15, 2024.
The NAGM will take place in the Convention Center attached to the Gaylord Rockies Hotel. Please take the corridor to the Convention Center. When you get to the escalators make a left and go up the escalators. Take another left when you get off the escalators and follow the AYSO signs to the meeting space.
