Cvent Attendee Hub and Event App Info

ATTENDEE HUB and EVENT APP

As you all know, this is a hybrid event, so we are using the Cvent Attendee Hub for this year’s NAGM virtual experience.  The Hub opens up on Thursday, June 2 at 10:00 a.m. (PT), so feel free to log in and take a look around to make this an easy and enjoyable experience. Below is information on how to access the Hub and troubleshoot any problems.

Click here to access the Attendee Hub, and start the login process.  After clicking the link, you will be prompted to log in.  After entering in your first name, last name and email address, a verification code will be sent to your email or cell phone (or both).  Input that code when prompted and you will be able to enter the Hub.

We also have an Event App that we will be using throughout the event Please follow the directions in this Guide to download and login.

Please note, the Event App does not host videos, but we will be using it for all Q&A during our events, so please make sure you have this downloaded before Friday. We will also use it for the game, event announcements and notifications throughout the weekend. And lastly, it is great for creating your schedule, reading session descriptions, contacting sponsors and chat with your fellow attendees. To join live video sessions and see pre-recorded content, please use the browser on your phone or computer (Google Chrome is best!) to access the Attendee Hub.
